Objectives: to teach students Science through the English language namely how rainbows are formed, using communication to cause and effect structures, vocabulary related to the formation of rainbows, using a dictionary, predicting, understanding procedure through visual prompts, developing problem-solving skills, developing critical-thinking skills and scientific-enquiry skills

 Outcomes: by the end of the lesson pupils will be able to learn Science through the English language namely how rainbows are formed, using communication to cause and effect structures, vocabulary related to the formation of rainbows, using a dictionary, predicting, understanding procedure through visual prompts, developing problem-solving skills, developing critical-thinking skills and scientific-enquiry skills
