Topic: Listening to Music. A Concert Review.

Objectives:

• to read about a Concert Review;
• to read the concert review “Randy Newman”
• to talk about the favourite Ukrainians singers and bands;
• to revise the tenses;
• to develop students’ reading, speaking and writing skills;
• to promote positive attitude through studying the language.

Outcomes: by the end of the lesson, the students will be able to tell about the concert review “Randy Newman” and about the Ukrainians singers and bands, to put the verbs into the correct tense.

Materials: Power Point Presentation, Student’s Book, Workbook.

Warm-up:
