Objectives:

• to revise Past Simple Tense and Past Continuous Tense;

• to talk about Green Hill Library, to work in groups asking and answering;
• to talk about modern libraries;
• to write about a school library;
• to develop students’ speaking and writing skills;
• to improve students’ grammar skills;
• to encourage understanding and tolerance to other people.

Outcomes: by the end of the lesson the students will be able to use Past Simple Tense and Past Continuous Tense in oral and written speech, to name the library rules, to talk about the modern libraries and write about their school library.

Materials: Power Point Presentation, Student’s Book, Workbook.
