Objectives:

• to revise ‘much’ and ‘many’;
• to complete the dialogue choosing the correct word (‘some’, ‘any’, ‘many’ or ‘much’);
• to talk about the favourite food;
• to work in groups making a cookbook with the recipes for the favourite cakes;
• to make a poster about food;
• to develop students’ speaking and writing skills;
• to train students’ grammar competence;
• to inspire the students to work in groups;
• to develop self-esteem and a sense of respect for others;
• to provide a stable and welcoming atmosphere in the class.

Outcomes: by the end of the lesson, the students will be able to use ‘much’ and ‘many’ in speech, to make a cookbook with the recipes of their favourite cakes, to make a poster about food.
