OBJECTIVES: To learn about easily confused words: pay, charge, cost. To practice using the correct time adverbs in the sentences. To write a story about an unexpected purchase based on the example.

OUTCOMES: By the end of the lesson students will be able to distinguish between the meanings and correctly uses the verbs pay, charge, cost, to compose sentences with these verbs in the context of the topic ‘Shopping’.
