Objectives:

• to read a poem;
• to introduce and practise the new vocabulary;
• to make up the sentences with them;
• to read and talk about the education system in UK;
• to develop the students’ reading skills;
• to provide a welcoming atmosphere in the class.

Outcomes: by the end of the lesson, the students will be able to use the new vocabulary in speech, to tell about the education system in UK.
