Objectives:

• to speak and write about vacation of dream ;
• to have practice in making “Rules of Healthy Lifestyle”, in writing diary describing days at the camp;
• to develop students’ writing and reading skills;
• to provide a stable and welcoming atmosphere in the class.

Outcomes: at the end of the lesson, the students will be able to talk about vacation of dream

Materials: Power Point Presentation, Student’s Book, Workbook.

Plan

Warm-up:

Slide 2. Greeting.

Slide 3. Introduction. Aim of the lesson.

Pre-activity:

Slide 4. The icons of the lesson.

Slide 5. What about you?

Main activity:

Slide 6-8. Work with Student’s Book. Read the e-mail and write a similar one about free-time activities you and your friends do (ex.1, p.45)

Slide 9-10. Work with Student’s Book. Work in pairs. Think about a healthy lifestyle. Note the points that are important to live a healthy, happy and long life. Make a list of ‘The Rules of Healthy Lifestyle’ and present it in class (ex.2, p.45)

Slide 11-12. Work with Student’s Book. Write about your dream holidays. Think about where you would like to go to, what you would like to do there and who you would like to spend your holidays with (ex.3, p.45)

Practice:

Slide 15-17.  Task in Working Book. a) Look quickly at the information about the International Camp Sea Star and find out which different programmes you can choose from it ( ex.12, p.31)
