Objectives:

• to do a hobby survey;
• to speak on spending free time by different people;
• to make a timetable, using the Present Continuous for the fixed arrangements;
• to develop the students’ speaking and writing skills;
• to develop self-esteem and a sense of respect for others;
• to provide a stable and welcoming atmosphere in the class.

Outcomes: by the end of the lesson, the students will be able to do a hobby survey, to make a timetable, using the Present Continuous for the fixed arrangements.

Materials: Power Point Presentation, Student’s Book, Workbook.
