OBJECTIVES: To understand the steps in a recipe for warm salmon salad. To put the sentences of the recipe in the correct order.

VOCABULARY: Dill, vinegar, mixture, salmon fillet, sprigs of fresh oregano, to fry, to grill, to squeeze, to cool down, to pour.

OUTCOMES: The student will be able to follow simple instructions for making a dish and understand the order of steps in a recipe.
