Outcomes: at the end of the lesson, the students will be able to make up a school newspaper.

Materials: Power Point Presentation, Student’s Book, Workbook.

Warm-up:

Slide 3.  Introduction. Aim of the lesson.

Pre-activity:

Slide 5. Warm-up. Jigsaw reading.

Main activity:

Slide 6. Work with Student’s Book. Work in groups. You are having a class meeting. You want to design a new issue for your school (class, etc.) newspaper. Share the roles. (See p. 29.) Follow the recommendations given below. Discuss your plans. (ex.1, p.65)

Slide 13. Work with Student’s Book. Write articles and design a newspaper. Present it to your classmates (schoolmates). (ex.2, p.65)
