Objectives:

• to read an e-mail;
• to introduce the rules of formation and using the Future-in-the-Past;
• to complete the sentences, using the correct form of the verbs;
• to play a game;
• to write an information project about the favourite musical instruments;
• to develop the students’ reading skills;
• to train students’ grammar skills;
• to promote positive attitude through studying the language.

Outcomes: by the end of the lesson, the students will be able to use the Future-in-the-Past in speech, to write an information project about their favourite musical instruments.
