Objectives:

• to read the article;
• to talk about the experience of using the Internet;
• to write a short comment to the Internet blog sharing the views about own experience of using modern technology and the Internet;
• to promote thinking and creative imagination;
• to encourage understanding and tolerance to other people.

Outcomes: at the end of the lesson, the students will be able to tell about their experience of using the Internet and write a short comment to the Internet blog.

Materials: Power Point Presentation, Student’s Book, Workbook.

Warm-up:

Main activity:

Slide 5. Work with Student’s Book. Work in pairs. Look and discuss the photograph. What does it say about the modern world? How has the Internet access changed our lifestyle? Use the adjectives in the box given below. (ex.1, p.12)
