Materials: Power Point Presentation, Student’s Book, Workbook.

Warm-up:

Slide 2. Greeting.

Slide 3. Introduction. Aim of the lesson.

Pre-activity:

Slide 4. The icons of the lesson.

Main activity:

Slide 5-6. Work with Student’s Book. Discuss with a partner (ex.1, p.12)

Slide 7-10. Work with Student’s Book. Tell your friend about your summer holidays (ex.2 p.12)

Slide 11. Talk about teens vacations

Slide 12. Work with Student’s Book. Report back to the class on what you remember about your friend’s holidays (ex.3, p.13)

Slide 13. Gymnastic for the eyes.

Slide 14-17. Work with Student’s Book. Listen to the stories and say if the statements below are true or false (ex.5, p.10)

Slide 18-20.  Work with Student’s Book. Listen to the stories again and answer the questions ( ex.2, p.13)

Slide 21-22.  Work with Student’s Book. Match the expressions with their definitions ( ex.3, p.14)

Slide 23. Interactive task.

Practice:

Slide 24.  Task in Working Book. Sort out the two stories ( number 1-12) as quickly as you can ( ex.5, p.6)
