Outcomes: at the end of the lesson, the students will be able to speak about writing blog

Materials: Power Point Presentation, Student’s Book, Workbook.

Warm-up:

Slide 2. Greeting.

Slide 3. Introduction. Aim of the lesson.

Pre-activity:

Slide 4. The icons of the lesson.

Slide 5. Topic Brainstorming Session.

Main activity:

Slide 6-8. Work with Student’s Book. Look at the sentences and answer the questions (ex.1, p.72)

Slide 9-10. Work with Student’s Book. Look at the topic for blogs. Choose two topics you are interesting. Share your ideas with a partner (ex.2, p.72)

Slide 11-15. Work with Student’s Book. Read the text quickly. Complete the article with heading in the box. Is it easy to start a blog? Then answer the question (ex.3, p.72)

Slide 16. Gymnastic for the eyes.

Practice:

Slide 17-18. Work with Student’s Book. Complete the sentences with the highlighted words from the text (ex.4, p.72)
